Terms of Service
GripPlan LLC
Effective Date: August 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, using GripPlan LLC's online configurator, placing an order, or purchasing any product from GripPlan LLC ("GripPlan," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase products.
2. Custom Manufacturing Disclaimer
GripPlan manufactures custom CNC-cut closed-cell polyethylene foam inserts strictly from customer-submitted measurements, layout selections, and specifications. GripPlan does not independently verify customer design inputs for suitability, compatibility, or fitness for a particular use.
3. User Responsibility for Design and Fit
You are solely responsible for design layout, dimensions, tolerances, and verifying fit with your specific tools, accessories, and storage systems. GripPlan is not responsible for fitment issues, retention issues, or dissatisfaction caused by customer-submitted specifications.
If GripPlan determines that a submitted design cannot be manufactured exactly as ordered, GripPlan may stop production, cancel the order, and refund the amount paid rather than substitute a revised finished-product design. The customer must correct the saved design and place a new order. The original order design remains the record of what was purchased.
4. Material Quality, Appearance, and Fit Variations
GripPlan uses commercially available foam and other materials selected for custom organizational inserts. Natural material variation and normal manufacturing, handling, cutting, bonding, and shipping processes may result in small differences in thickness, density, color, texture, surface finish, dimensions, or fit compared with samples, photographs, stated nominal measurements, or other inserts.
Minor surface marks, impressions, scuffs, color variation, edge variation, or similar cosmetic characteristics that do not materially impair the insert's intended organizational use are acceptable characteristics of a custom-manufactured product and are not defects. Foam can also compress or relax slightly over time, which may affect measured thickness, pocket depth, or retention. Exact, airtight, or perfectly uniform fit is not guaranteed.
5. Order Acceptance, Refusal, and Refunds
GripPlan may decline, cancel, or refuse to fulfill any request or order, in whole or in part, for lawful reasons including manufacturing limitations, safety concerns, material or capacity constraints, suspected fraud or abuse, policy violations, legal restrictions, or other reasonable operational or business considerations. GripPlan also reserves the right to refuse to create, engrave, reproduce, or fulfill content that GripPlan reasonably determines is offensive, hateful, threatening, harassing, obscene, discriminatory, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate, including offensive words, symbols, images, graphics, or designs.
If GripPlan cancels an order or portion of an order before fulfillment, GripPlan will provide an appropriate refund of amounts paid for the unfulfilled portion, where applicable. Except as required by law, that refund is the customer's sole remedy for the declined or canceled portion, and GripPlan is not required to manufacture a substitute product or accept a revised request. GripPlan is not required to provide a detailed explanation for refusing content where doing so could create additional legal, safety, privacy, or security concerns.
6. No Professional Advice
Website content, configurator outputs, support messages, and product examples are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute engineering, legal, safety, or other professional advice.
7. Organizational Use Only
GripPlan inserts are non-structural and non-load-bearing. Products are intended solely for tool and equipment organization, and are not safety devices or structural components.
8. Assumption of Risk
You assume all risks related to design, installation, handling, transport, and use of tools and storage systems used with GripPlan products, including risk of property damage, tool damage, and personal injury.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability

11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GripPlan LLC and its owner, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your submitted designs, your use of products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property and Non-Affiliation
GripPlan does not modify brand cases and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by Milwaukee, DeWalt, or any other third-party tool or case manufacturer. Third-party names and marks are used solely for identification and compatibility reference and remain property of their respective owners.
13. Account Access and Termination
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GripPlan may suspend, deactivate, restrict, or terminate any account, and may remove related account data, at any time, with or without notice, for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud or abuse, violations of these Terms, security concerns, prolonged inactivity, or operational needs.
You remain responsible for all obligations incurred before account suspension or termination, including payment obligations for completed or in-process orders.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, products, or services are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
15. Dispute Resolution and Venue
Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Michigan, and each party consents to jurisdiction and venue in those courts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, class and representative actions are waived.
16. Modification of Terms
GripPlan may update these Terms at any time by posting revised terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
