The machine time
Cutting your insert and its pockets takes time, as does engraving text or artwork. The cut paths, depth, and engraving detail all contribute to the work involved.

The finishing touch
Your insert also needs hands-on assembly. Preparing and bringing the layers together takes care, and that assembly time is part of the price.

Larger runs, reviewed before payment
Need more copies of an insert you have already checked? Add the quantity to your cart and include your previous order reference and fit confirmation. We review each larger order before you pay.
- Standard quantity limits
- Up to 10 copies per insert and 10 inserts total before review.
- Larger review requests
- Up to 50 inserts total. Contact us for larger runs.
- Dollar limits before review
- $1,000.00 per order and $1,000.00 combined across your open orders, including shipping and tax.
- After approval
- Pay through Stripe from your saved order within 7 days. Your order shows its exact deadline. Payment is subject to available production capacity.
Submitting a request does not charge your card or reserve a production slot. We email you when the order is approved; you complete payment yourself. For a new or changed design, consider ordering one insert to check fit before a larger run.
Bulk pricing and remake credits are reviewed individually. Any approved discount is shown before payment; shipping remains separate unless waived. Fully covered orders require confirmation with no payment due.
How larger orders and approval workThe last step
Sized to fit. Ready to ship.
Shipping is charged per box. Multiple inserts can share a box when their footprints and combined thickness plus ½″ of packing space fit. Rates depend on box height; 1″ boxes use the 2″ rate. Your cart calculates the shipping estimate for your full order.
